STEPS TO WORKING WITH US
STEP 1
Complimentary Consultation
Every trip starts with a complimentary consultation where we get to know you and your travel must-haves and determine if we’re a good match to work together.
STEP 2
Planning Contract
Once we determine that our products and services are in alignment with your travel desires and we agree to work together, you will be presented with a Travel Planning contract and will be required to pay our planning fees
STEP 3
Design Phase
In this phase, we begin researching the best destinations and experiences based on your travel desires, making sure to include all of your must-haves and non-negotiables to put together your perfect itinerary.
STEP 4
Finalizing The Itinerary
You will be presented with 2 itinerary options for review and approval. We will tweak your chosen itinerary until we’re both satisfied that you will have the best vacation experience according to your specification.
STEP 5
Booking Your Amazing Vacation
Once the proposal has been approved, we reach out to our suppliers to securely book your trip, paying attention to every detail so you can have a stress-free experience.
STEP 6
On-Going Support
We stay in touch with you before, during and after your trip to support you in case of any unexpected travel occurrences or emergencies and provide you with access to 24 hour, in destination support throughout your trip.
When you return from your vacation, we will contact you to find out about your travel experience, get some feedback, discuss any obstacles that you may have encountered, and address any concerns.
